General Sales Conditions (GSC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern jewelry sales on the SoapMate website. They apply to all orders placed by the customer via the website. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions.
The products offered for sale on the SoapMate website are high quality jewelry. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to represent the products as accurately as possible, however, the color of the items may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
The customer must create an account or provide the necessary information to complete the order. After validation of the order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. SoapMate reserves the right to refuse an order if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Product prices are indicated on the site in [currency] and include all applicable taxes. SoapMate reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those in force at the time of the order, and not those displayed at the time of consultation.
Payment for products is made directly on the site via secure means such as credit cards or recognized third-party payment platforms. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Delivery times vary according to place of delivery and product availability. SoapMate endeavors to deliver products within the delivery times mentioned on the site. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address and are added to the total amount of the order.
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return the products, without justification. Products must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part. A full refund, excluding delivery costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
SoapMate cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from the use of products after delivery or from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
SoapMate cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters or interruptions in transport services.
SoapMate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
